Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says it has launched missile and drone strikes targeting US military assets in Bahrain, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates as part of its retaliation against recent American attacks. Iranian state media said the operations are ongoing, with officials vowing that further retaliatory action against US forces will continue.

Meanwhile, the UAE has reported that an Iranian missile struck a vessel in the Strait of Hormuz, killing a sailor, marking a further escalation in tensions across the Gulf. The latest developments have heightened concerns over the security of one of the world’s busiest energy shipping routes as the conflict between Washington and Tehran intensifies.
