Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, received a warm welcome from Türkiye’s Chief of General Staff, General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, upon his arrival in Ankara on an official visit.
A tri-services contingent of the Turkish Armed Forces presented the Field Marshal with a guard of honour, highlighting the strong and longstanding defence partnership between Pakistan and Türkiye. The visit reflects the shared commitment of both countries to further strengthen military cooperation and deepen strategic ties
