Iran has exported more than 80 million barrels of crude oil and refined petroleum products, valued at approximately $6 billion, over the past four weeks despite heightened regional tensions and ongoing conflict, according to maritime tracking firm TankerTrackers.
The sustained exports indicate that Iran has largely maintained its energy shipments through key maritime routes, including the Strait of Hormuz, despite military exchanges and security concerns in the Gulf. The continued flow of oil is seen as a significant source of revenue for Tehran as the conflict with the United States intensifies.
